Payment Policy:

​Hourly rate of $75 per hour for 3 artists; paid by the Client

The hourly rate for henna services is $75 per hour for 3 artists and will be paid in advance of the event by the Client.

Any additional artist past 3 artists is +$10 per additional artist. For example, 5 artists would cost $95 per hour (75+(10x2)).

We expect the Client to pay the hourly rate before the event.

Deposit Policy

​If HWAH is able to provide services at the event, we will require the Client to pay a non-refundable deposit of $15.

The deposit must be paid by the day before the event.
Cancellation Policy

​If cancellation occurs within 2 days of the event, the Client agrees to pay a cancellation fee of $25 to HWAH

After the event is confirmed and the Client pays the deposit
- If there are unexpected circumstances and HWAH cannot provide artists at the event, HWAH will refund the Client the deposit fee and the Hourly Rate fee (if this option was chosen).

Further Terms
Number of Henna Artists:

Generally, for smaller events, we typically have about 2-5 artists present, while larger events have about 5-8 artists.

The Client may indicate how many artists they would like present. Depending on the size of the event as well as artist availability, HWAH may be able to provide the indicated number of artists.

For clients that choose the Hourly Rate payment option, HWAH will do our best to match that number.

Overall, the number of artists we can provide is tentative; thus,

The number of artists will be confirmed with the Client before paying the deposit.
Designs:

HWAH will provide a set of henna designs from which clients can choose from.

During the event, if clients have their own design that is different from those in the set, they are allowed to request the design from our artists. Prices may vary depending on the complexity and size of the design.

For 2 artists, we would need 1 table and 4 chairs, so:

3 artists = 2 tables, 6 chairs

Waiver Form
During the event, attendees who wish to receive henna will have to complete an online waiver form.
Photography
HWAH reserves the right to use photographs of the henna designs for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.
